How to order contact lenses

 A Current Unexpired Contact lens prescription.  This should include your doctor's name, address and phone number as well.

If you are a patient at Trinity Vision Care, and have been seen for a contact lens evaluation within the past 12 months you are probably all set!  Just give us a call or shoot us an email.  Please keep in mind that we can only sell you a quantity that will not exceed your prescription expiration date.

Please fax (610-913-0139) or email a copy of your prescription to trinity@trinityvisioncare.net.  If we are unable to verify your prescription within 4 business days we will contact you

Shipping is free on orders of one (1) year supply.  Please note we cannot ship outside of the United States.
